M20F Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 Is there a site where you can look up 337's on file with the FAA? I know about ordering them via CD but wanted to see if there was a way to search/view online. 1 Quote
N601RX Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 The CD is the only way I know of. Quote
N201MKTurbo Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 If you get a title search from AOPA you will get a copy of all 337 filed for your plane. So they know how to get them. Quote
Andy95W Posted October 31, 2014 Report Posted October 31, 2014 I have a better idea for a resource that needs to be incorporated on Mooneyspace... Why don't we have an upload/download section dedicated to 337's for the benefit of other Mooneyspace members who can use them? I have been on MANY other user groups that provide a library of 337's by make and model. Fact is that I have obtained many approvals as field modifications to my Piper Tripacer from 337's obtained on the Shortwing piper user group. Just search for the 337 you are looking for and download it from the library. It works nicely. I am trying to get 337's PM'ed from one or two Mooneyspace folks out there, but it is not working very well on a one-on-one basis. I think a library of 337's is exactly what Mooneyspace needs. So, why don't we petition Mooneyspace to set up a 337 library download section dedicated to the Mooney line of aircraft? PMc +1 Great idea, Phil. Quote
carusoam Posted October 31, 2014 Report Posted October 31, 2014 PMc, The best way to handle this....I think... Start a new thread in the Bugs and Reports section. Place a request for the new section. It is most likely to be considered there. Let me know if this idea works for you. If you like, I can do the leg work and follow up with Craig. Somebody else can second the motion, let me know if I'm going the about it the right way. Finances are always helpful for the hours it will probably take. Don't forget to put something in the pot. Anyone else with suggestions? Timmy...? Best regards, -a- Quote
