Interesting, my 55x will fly approaches fairly well. It is slow to respond to significant turbulance but it does an admirable job most of the time.

From the G500/G600 Pilots Guide: The full-scale limits for the CDI are de ned by a GPS-derived distance when coupled to GPS. When coupled to a VOR or localizer (LOC), the CDI has the same angular limits as a mechanical CDI. -

Will a remote annunciator be needed (like the ST-645)? Also, can modes be enabled from the G500? How about baro correction for altitude compensation? Thanks for being here to help with clear information.

How does the 3100 interface to the G500TXi and what controls are available on the G500TXi versus having to use the 3100 control panel? Are all the annunciations available on the G500TXi? I'm presuming FD capabilities are available.

I had the same issue about a year ago with GP getting data from my FS210. I updated the FS to latest SW and then deleted the BT connection from both sides and re-paired it and never had the problem again.
