mulro767 Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 I just figured out that the alarms on my JPI EDM-700 can be adjusted. For my IO-360 I set my oil temp at 200, CHT and 390, max cooling at 50. What's a good max differential for EGT? It was set at 500 but I'm thinking 100 would be useful. Maybe even lower?
Lood Posted February 23, 2013 Report Posted February 23, 2013 Mine's almost the same: CHT at 380, cooling at 40, batt volts at 13.2 and IIRC, I set the EGT diff at 200.
