Are you looking for the seal on the butterfly, or the seal between the flange and the air duct? If the former, I'd just buy some sheet silicone material and cut a new circle. If the latter, I'd look for some silicone bulb seal and trim it to the appropriate length and glue it to the flange.

I am looking for the seal that goes between the intake and the hole in the cowling.

It is called a pull-through seal.   It is hard to find and a bit expensive, but fortunately you don't need much.    If you can find a derelict business jet that somebody will let you raid, the avionics hatches or other pressurized spaces are often sealed with long pieces of this stuff.   I needed some to go between my oil cooler and baffle, and oddly enough I used the stuff that was on the ram air intake hole that I removed several years ago.   There are multiple general part numbers for the same stuff:

BA-2610   (I think that's the Brown Aircraft part number)
CM-2610-4 or -2  (I think that's the Cessna/Textron PN)
R581525  (I think is the same stuff, I had something that showed this as a crossover part number)

Lasar has something with a R581559 PN, but I don't know if it's the same stuff (and is $50/ft and sold out).
