ArtVandelay Posted September 13 Report Posted September 13 There’s a shop just down the road at X26 (I don’t recall the name), one of the mechanics owns a J.He adjusted mine when I had the gear actuator sent out for overhaul. Quote

Richard Allen Posted September 14 Author Report Posted September 14 Participated in annual and noticed gear doors completely closed but tires below wing in slipstream. I’m sure this is why this airplane is 5 knots slower then my previous 201 this should have been caught in previous inspections, but wasn’t. need a qualified ap to adjust up stop switch and re rig doors and obviously re adjust nose gear up position. anthonydesmet Posted September 14 Report Posted September 14 Kind of far but my mechanic at X35 has done plenty. Red Sky Aviation. If it’s a few days I might be able to take you home. Quote
Jim Peace Posted September 18 Report Posted September 18 Has anyone found a good old school M20 mechanic? Quote
