Has anyone replaced terra at3000 blind encoder with ack 30.5. what was involved?

Updating panel to g5s on j model. now I discover vacuum system cannot be removed because speed brakes need vacuum supply. has anyone had a similar experience

What is going on at the factory, as they claim they are supplying parts, but appear to be doing anything but? need part mm-3m-21, steering rod brg. it is available at aurora brg, however Mooney will not order one for me. it is a captive part. Is it their intent is to ground the fleet? one distributor claimed that factory parts people are instructed not to order anything. does anyone have an alternative solution?

There must be a way to free up tight prop control cables. has anyone had success in doing so?

Did that. Dc voltage .6 volts at pitch servoconnector. ps. Also checked voltage at trim servo which works fine. 10.0 volts

I’m interested in computer, and possibly pitch sevo if it is working. does it have a ND 360? Or Flight Director? when was the last repair on computer and by whom? Let me know part and serial no’s. what did you upgrade to? ,

Yes, pitch servo works with external power, 27 volts to engage, and 5 volts to move arm in both directions. Computer engages servo, but will not turn motor either direction with up down buttons. sometimes when unit is turned on alt illuminates instead of att. Roll and trim are fine. so in short, when engaged ap will only activate trim to hold alt or att.

My century 2000 ap died 2 yrs after extensive repairs from factory. Now they have no technicians and are unable to repair computer. has anyone had a 2000 successfully repaired at an avionics shop? also has anyone had an upgrade to another make ap, and how did it turn out?

has anyone experience in adjusting the gain and null pots on rochester fuel guages used on 19190 m20j?

Would like to verify accuracy of my oil temp and cyl head temp gauges in 1990 J. Resistance type senders with Rochester cluster. Both reading low. grounds ok. 24volt system. has anyone done this?
