Relocating the airport is anything from impossible to potentially costing millions. If she hates it so much, why doesn't she move? I'm sure the airport is a major boost to the local economy. Perhaps airports should start launching more campaigns for relocating nuisance neighbors instead.

There was also a story you can comment on.

Have you read this woman's blog?  Its ridiculous.  It goes beyond the usual "noise pollution" complaints that are frequently used to attack airports - but she is claiming the airport causes cancer and causes her liver and kidney to "ache".

Yep, a bit ridiculous but it's good to show support no matter how silly it may seem.  Stop them in their tracks is the very best if possible.

Good that folks are responding positively to the poll.  Sedona appears to have a terrific airport support group.

Looks like they have great community fly-in scheduled for September 15th.  Awesome!

At the risk of offending Mitch and Jolie... I wonder if she is one of the looney wacko types that escaped from CA.  :-P  I bet she was NOT living there when the airport was constructed, and thus she should just move.

When I lived in Central OR in the 95-early 97 time frame, they were fleeing CA and rapidly moving into Central OR, and distorting real estate values (and the culture!) greatly.

There is apparently a celebrated spiritual vortex very near the airport. Perhaps it has migrated to just underneath her home and that is what is causing her corporeal problems. She just needs to climb to the top of Bell Rock to recover her equilibrium.

I am new to this forum, and had no idea we had support from the Mooney community. Many thanks to all who voted in our local news paper,s poll. It goes to show you how tight knit the aviation community is, no matter what you fly.
