Swapping the old radios are they worth anything?

We are doing an all Garmin overhaul to our ‘68 C and we want to get some money for the stuff he have now. Do you think our old KMA20 audio panel is worth anything and this point? The labels are grungy and comms don’t sound very good anymore. Sell or trash? Also, if anyone is interested in an S-TEC 30 Autopilot

For someone to do an install of a used STec they need to buy an STC from Genesys and I believe they stopped selling them. 

You'll get more money for the autopilot if you sell it part by part, although it will take longer to get your money. Someone whose A/P isn't functioning will be glad for the part they need.

Not much, the Stec you might get a couple hundred from someone who will use it as parts (servos, controllers, turn coordinator).
The KMA is worthless, as is probably the radios, again unless someone wants them for his parts bin.
I sold all my old stuff, key was not to be greedy, they all sold within a week. Good deal for the buyers and some pocket money for me.

As already mentioned, only as parts. S-tec will happily sell the STC transfer paperwork for 1/2 of the price of the new system. There are much better options available at that price.
