Im in town on business and have an m20J I haven't flown yet and am looking for a fellow member that would be interested in taking me for a ride friday afternoon for costs.  Bought a mooney and havent flown in one yet and am excited to go for a ride while mine gets rebuilt.

There is an FBO on the Des Moines, IA field that has a Mooney 201 on the line for use by the club.  You may want to contact them as they should have a few pilots that are familiar with Mooneys.
