Over the past 20 years whoever resealed/repaired the tanks was sloppy. Plane Care may have missed some. You need a Mooney expert that knows where all the drain holes are. It seems that the Mooney expert is the hardest part to source at this point. The SB looks pretty comprehensive though, not much left to the imagination it appears. Quote
