I ran out of safety wire doing last oil change, what size safety wire is recommended

I just keep a spool of 0.040" in the hangar--when I need safety wire, that's what I use.

I have way too much of all sizes. I use 0.020 quite a bit for ADEL clamps and carb screws and such.

Yes. I was bit surprised when I saw .032 for the MT. Most do use the .041
