DaV8or Posted January 17, 2012 Report Posted January 17, 2012 I'm missing mine. It's part # 840008 and screws on the bottom of the retractable step and closes in the hole when in flight.
47U Posted January 21, 2012 Report Posted January 21, 2012 I ran the part number on Controller.com and Preferred Airparts shows a "Plate" on that number... I'm surprised the list hasn't produced one, although I would think you could get one through salvage. Could be cost prohibitive, like so many parts are anymore. The bottom step fairing on my '63C has only a couple simple bends in it... have you thought about producing one? Given the 'F' version isn't something cosmic... Shouldn't be too difficult.
