Who to send a KX165 for repair / evaluation?

My client's KX-165 14V  number to NAV/com, the com works fine but the NAV basically doesn't work at all. I've troubleshot everything, the wiring, etc,  and even put it in another person's airplane, it appears in the NAV function does not work. I have worked in one of these in a while, but where do y'all send these things to get them evaluated and repaired?

Sent a KX-155 and a KAP150 (28V) and will soon send a 165.

Sandhills Avionics in Carthage, NC  Avionics repair (sandhillsavionics.com).  Jeff Kraudeld replaced several capacitors in mine and it now acts like it should. One man shop, quick turn around.

Flight school here has a fleet of C-172s with KX 155 as second nav/com. They told me Bevan is who they use to keep them running.
