Gents.  I have an E that I've owned for 20 years that started stock.  I have some data points along the way as I modified it.  As I bought it, it was a stock 145 ktas airplane with ram air on at 8000 ft.  I don't know exact fuel flow back then, but as fast as I could get it to go rich of peak.  I know can GPS verify 3 way speeds on 10 gph lean of peak at 8000 ft of 165 ktas 195 ktas at 18000 ft.   It has flap and aileron gap seals, elevator and rudder hinge seals, wing root fairing, dorsal root fairing, cowl closure, oil cooler relocation, 201 windshield, and a rajay manual wastegate turbonormalizer that helps increase cooling exit area. Monroy tanks too.  It also has a Wilmar re rig.  Sans turbo, it will run 165 ktas at 8000 ft at 2500 and rich of peak on a bit more than 10gph.  Can't recall how much.  Collected data on the turbo before and after install so have that.  The mods except for the turbo added somewhere between 15 and 20 knots, but some of that might be a good rigging.
