It looks like the airport near Olathe (Garmin), KS got hit pretty hard last night.

Anyone who lives here should know...  It's spring time on the central plains and weather like this should be expected. Current insurance and a hangar are basic requirements.

I had meetings for a week in Overland Park, KS last June so called KOJC (Johnson County Executive) ahead and asked about hangar space as I was worried about storms.  They laughed and said the storms/tornadoes are all in the Western part of the state.

I went and although there were no storms, it was 95-102 degree for daytime high temperatures.

An hour or so ago, our local Dallas station had some clips of the storm damage. It showed at least one Mooney. I couldn't tell about the amount of damage.
