DonMuncy Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 This month's Aviation Consumer magazine has a write-up on Mooney 231/252s. Some of the usual misconceptions, but generally favorable. 1

DonMuncy Posted June 28, 2015 Author Report Posted June 28, 2015 Thanks Bill. You are a lot better at this stuff than I am.
FBCK Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 I like the shot of the Commanche, not sure what it has to do with the story however . Yes a little off base, it's very similar to the last story they did 10 years ago on the 231/252.
Guest Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 That Comanche, N8400P is the first production Comanche 400. Clarence
Cabanaboy Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 I wonder why Aviation Consumer never lists Mooneyspace as a source of info/board, they just usually only list MAPA at www.mooneypilots.com and MOA at www.mooneyowners.com.??? The web site posted as "Mooney Owners" is a total error, that is someones "ad" site that has a few links to some youtube vids of Mooneys.

fantom Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 That same issue of Aviation Consumer also has a very informative four page story on the new Mooney company and where it is headed.
mike_elliott Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 That same issue of Aviation Consumer also has a very informative four page story on the new Mooney company and where it is headed. and also a breakdown of the last 100 mooney m20K accidents. Note the mechanical installation error rate of half of the 22 engine loss accidents. http://www.aviationconsumer.com/issues/45_7/usedaircraftguide/MOONEY-MISCUES-ENGINES-OTHER_6771-1.html
