I need to use the services of an Escrow to purchase a 200 000$ airplane. Anyone knows one of them and what is the price approximatly?

 

Also AOPA is suggesting "Aero-Space Report". Anyone knows these guys?

I think the service for title search and escrow was something to a tune of $300 to $400 each time.

I used aerospace reports : buyer and seller were 300 each. They were very quick and efficient, and they have an easy to use website interface that allows you to view what's in escrow, what is needed and what the whole transaction process will go down like. They also provide full title searches with their escrow and give you those details as well. I was pleased with them.

I used AIC... Those folks are great. Wonderful experience. Also loved their website that allowed you to track progress as you gather documents. I'd definite use them again.

I used Aero Space last August to sell a plane. They did a good job, quick, accurate and efficient. I found them through AOPA.

I've bought one and sold one using Aerospace reports. Excellent service. They are slightly cheaper now with the AOPA affiliation, about $540. Lee
