  1. So why not provide a catastrophic high deductible plan? People can afford to pay for a broken arm...Breast cancer, not so much. I want some skin in the game for all be it grants to go to school or healthcare. Gas tax burden for roads is paid for by all that use. "Free" is just not what I believe the United States was built on.
  2. How about that awesome cash grab redistribution with the college savings plan tax idea? I would love to see a photo of the who was behind that. Give a face to it. We and my kids grandparents saved from when they were born for their college tuition. A little at a time over 21 years adds up. What's next? Stay tuned for cash grab redistribution USA style.
  3. So why even go there? (How people look). It just lends nothing to the conversation. It is just bashing and looking down for what? Self satisfaction? I don't get that at all. I gave an example of how I had insurance...worked...and was going to school full-time. I know, regressive. There was a way to pay for school and live "prior" to Obama. I did it. It is still there for those that want to work.
  4. Answer this for me Andy-Are you entirely self-made on your wealth? Did you build up your toys entirely by yourself? You have stated you are in your mid 30's and that you have no problem with government generational theft. (Taking by government of already taxed property/money that has been earned vs. inheritance to those that would receive from their parents etc.) If yes. Good for you. If you wish to have your wealth go to the government upon your death...Fine. Why should the government get what was lawfully earned and taxed? Why shouldn't the property go to those that the earner wants to have without a massive tax/penalty?
  5. Concorde XC Battery and Lightweight starter wil cure your ills.
  6. As am I. It takes one to know one.
  7. I envisioned you as more of a boxer's kinda guy...
  8. Here is what I find hilarious/amazing/incredulous/ridiculous Rob: You call me out yet I deleted at -a-'s request my posts from a thread I began...A thread that you today posted that you would like to get a job with someone that uses every name in the book to demean others...to tell them that their religion, intelligence, employment, capacity to think is zero...and not a word of rebuttle or rebuke. THAT tells me who you are Rob...So continue to be amazed when I call out others for doing unto others in a negative way.
  9. I give what I get. I call a spade a spade. When I am wrong I am not afraid or to prideful to apologize. I forgive, but I don't forget...
  10. Another personal attack....Put a smiley face and it's "just in fun". You still haven't answered my question. I went back and re-read other thread. I will let the posters words speak for themselves...
  11. Thank you. How about responding to my question? How does the personal insults and name calling (areas that have gotten me banned for periods on the site) differ from initial posters obviously one-sided rant? I am quite sure that Don is/will respond and clarify IF he chooses to do so. I considered the source vs. the numerous testimonials on other threads regarding Don's character and easily made my choice.
  12. I was a Chief's fan...for a day. Life-long Packer backer. Chief fans were awesome, but I will take the friendly confines of Lambeau any day. Ducks got what Bucky got in the BigTen Championship game...a case of whupa$$ served to them. Rodgers said (after loss to Seattle) "This one is gonna hurt a long time. When I look back at my career this loss will stand out" (paraphrasing) "We got conservative in our play calling"... Yes Aaron, as a fan "This one IS gonna hurt for a long time"...
  13. Tell me what DUCK was lacking for you? He did post that he received the headrests and they were perfect. What else were you looking for? I appreciate that you don't agree with this guy, but calling them jerks, janitor's...what is gained from this? I am often accused of being emotional in my threads...Is your response any less poor than the original posters? I think not.
  14. GA is dangerous like riding a motorcycle is dangerous, but for different reasons. On a bike you worry about the other drivers. Of course you can raise your success rate by being competent (knowing bike's operation) and riding defensively...by checking intersections and knowing that the other vehicle might not see you and preparing...statistics are harsh to aggressive riders that take chances. Flying is dangerous because you can't pull over to the side of the road if you run out of gas or have an equipment/engine out situation. Weather is very punitive to poor decisionmaking (excessive wind at destination or low clouds/storms, icing). I will take flying in a well maintained plane that I am familiar with on a "good weather day" to strapping on a helmet and taking the bike out. Life is potentially dangerous, but I wouldn't want to live it without the joy of GA and cycling. Not judging, but it appears that the aircraft was in some type of ground incident before the flight. THAT was the beginning of the accident decision-making chain that sealed their fate. (Sport incident, not Twin) Live life. Plan, prepare, maintain, train, execute....ENJOY! Carpe Diem.
  15. That is a good way to be... Mine is more John Deere than Packer Green.
  16. Packers had you beaten. Outplayed you on your home field...with the exception of 3 minutes of the Packers preventing a win with their poor play. Congratulations on back to back Super Bowl appearances. I hope you lose big time to the Patriots... Have fun kicking somebody else why they are down. Stay classey.
  17. I like the fluffed up Sparrow. Yep, works for me. Sparrow's are small, efficient and fast and they look like they are having a lot of fun.
  18. Just curious what $40k into an F engine involves.... Care to break that down for me?
  19. O.K., Now I have got it.
  20. He says- "The first time I had any idea I was in trouble was when I hit the ground. Up until that moment, all seemed fine." I hope someone or better yet I decide to hang up my headset before I utter that statement.
  21. Not everyone is like you -a- and that is o.k. or not...
  22. Just awesome! Nice write-up. I remember that fatigue very well from the concentration. Isn't it the best? You're hooked. Have fun, Scott
