    I have a Mr Witt who was a 40ry employee interested in sending in a story or two. My dad was not so interested I'm sorry to say. I got a story out of him. When they first pressurized the Mustang prototype, the sides expanded so much that rivets blew out like bullets, hitting the roof, floor, and anything that was it the line of fire. People were ducking for cover. The engineer sitting inside the cabin measuring the expansion said the pressure capsule expanded over five inches!!!! Fun stuff. David

    What was it that the Reverand Billy Graham said? Something along the lines of ....'not even go out to lunch by himself with another female that wasn't his wife. Would not disrespect God and his wife in doing such an act'. I am of the same mind. Just too many negative connotations could be infered when with a female that isn't your wife in, an "intimate" scenario. I respect my wife in this sense/matter and would not go there. This is just me. David

    I posted this in the Red board. Sorry if I am boring some of you. My wife asked me what it would take to rent a plane to take 8ppl to New Orleans from San Antonio for a Fathers day meal. I told her it was too much, but I did the research anyway. For a same day round trip, 8 ppl, 10am departure and 8pm departure, King Air, $14,000 to $16,000 depending on the charter company. I respectfully told my wife thankyou, no. David

    I have no idea why CFI's here in TX don't all have their personal cooler. I don't know why the FBO's don't have one to rent. I would have spent the rent money on it. It is friggin hot here. I am going to buy one, and I like the looks of the B-Cool, especially when/if they have it on special for us Mooneyspacers. df

    Most procedures for bakepads are the same. Get them hot, let them cool. Avoid light pressure when setting the pads. Four or five heavy stops, allow the pads to cool for a few, do it again, and you should be done. DF
