Oscar Avalle Posted June 10, 2013 Report Posted June 10, 2013 Really nice! Where is it mounted under or on the wing? Strong winds, but not very bumpy! Quote
The201pilot Posted June 11, 2013 Author Report Posted June 11, 2013 Thanks, The hero3 was mounted on top of the right wing...the wind wasn't too bad at all...a little gust just prior to touchdown to make things a bit interesting, but no real surprises, at 45min less than full fuel (with bladders) and 2 pax, i was a bit under max takeoff weight..sprung off the runway, like she longed to be back in the air !..ill have a second part of this vid,(return trip) with a different view...trying to get 2 cameras to co-operate at once... thinwing Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 so you have the gopro in its waterproof mount with the adhesive base?? Quote
The201pilot Posted June 11, 2013 Author Report Posted June 11, 2013 the go pro is in its waterproof case with the suction cup mount Quote
Oscar Avalle Posted June 11, 2013 Report Posted June 11, 2013 the go pro is in its waterproof case with the suction cup mount Be careful with that mount. The surface mount is not so sturdy when you use it on the wing and you may lose the camera. It happened to me and I lost a GoPro. Quote
