MSE "DC Elec" Turn Coordinator

The turn coordinator (looks like this one: https://www.mcico.com/1394t100-7b) developed fog and the airplane is stuck at level flight. Sometimes it gets unstuck, but mostly stuck. The bubble coordinator strangely works. 

1. What are my options to fix it? 

2. What is the make and model?

I bought an overhauled Mid-Continent p/n 1394T100-3Z  TC from Commander that they had in stock for $950.

I have a 28V turn coordinator that Mid-Continent overhauled for me. After I got it back from the shop I decided not to reinstall it as I was putting in GI 275s.  if you want to purchase it  let me know.  It has about 2000hrs total and 0 since overhaul.
