outermarker
Does anyone still have their position light detectors? Does anyone know who still supplies them? thanks!
Igor_U
Aircraft spruce has them for $18 a pair. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/clite.php Years ago I broke mine and made them myself, out of acrylic I had laying around...
carusoam
If you have the original ones... They will be thicker than the ones supplied by Aircraft Spruce... Which may give a small hassle during install... This was a challenge I had 20 years ago... so it may not represent what is going on today... outermarker
Mine have been gone way before I owned the airplane. I have no idea how thick it should be. Thanks for the heads up on that point. thanks!
Andy95W
I never really saw the point behind them. Preflighting for nighttime flight is supposed to include lighting. If a light burns out in flight, is someone really going to divert to change a lightbulb?
