Way extra cool, generic Mooney Pilot...!

All Mooney pilots should get one of these, or equivalent! 

 

It is a short video... the first minute is all IMC... and hard to tell there is an AP hard at work...

Then Runway lights appear as if on cue....

Speed, attitude, altitude, all on target... ready to land...

 

Need the external camera... so we can see how exact the plane lined up on the centerline...

I now have four of these little actuators on both MIC buttons, IDENT, and CWS.  Thanks, MooneySpace!  However, the push-button for my speedbrakes is a slightly different (thinner) size, so this part doesn't fit.  Has anyone tracked down the right cap for that?

I am really liking the GFC.  The YD function on a J is well worth it - it functions like a rudder trim on the way up and down, and smooths out the bumps significantly. Interesting- Mrs was asking whether I was flying or they autopilot was flying through bumpy clouds the other day.  Historically, the Ciib was not able to fly through bumps. This one does better than me.
