Gary0747 Posted January 27, 2020 Report Posted January 27, 2020 I have a slight cold weather drip from my flap actuator. Not from the pump. I see lots of good experience on replacing the seals in the pump on MS but little on the actuator. I would appreciate any learned advice or tricks? Someone told me the cylinder is a bear to take apart and we may need special tools? Quote
RLCarter Posted January 27, 2020 Report Posted January 27, 2020 Did mine a year or so ago, pretty easy job....no real tricks to it Quote
Andy95W Posted January 27, 2020 Report Posted January 27, 2020 The actuator is a lot easier than the pump. Only hard part is removing it and putting it back in. Bleeding is a lot easier, too. Quote
charlesual Posted January 27, 2020 Report Posted January 27, 2020 I sent mine to Lasar and they rebuilt and turned it around quick. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
F4pilot Posted May 14, 2020 Report Posted May 14, 2020 Where can you get the parts to rebuild the flap actuator? Quote
