Annual Due in August, First time in Florida

1968 M20C in need of ADS-b, fuel tanks resealed vs bladders installed, shoulder harnesses, and whatever surprises that come with an annual.  This will be the first time in Florida for an annual and she is based in the Tampa Bay region.  Are there any shops capable of doing all of the above during the annual?  Recommendations to split the different tasks between specialty shops?  Downtime is less of a concern than safety.  Any suggestions would be welcome.

I have been taking my Mooneys (m20k and m20c) to Sarasota Avionics maintenance located at VNC for the last 20 years.

I believe they can handle everything at their Mooney service center and their avionics shop.
