TBoone Posted May 13, 2020 Report Posted May 13, 2020 Thx. I just finished my new hangar home here in Pecan. Now I'm looking for something to put in the hangar Looks like there's plenty of attractive deals out there. Tom Fisher Pecan Plantation, TX https://www.ppoaweb.com/amenities/air-park 1 Quote
carusoam Posted May 13, 2020 Report Posted May 13, 2020 Find the deal that is attractive to you... Go Mooney! Best regards, -a- Quote
TBoone Posted May 13, 2020 Report Posted May 13, 2020 Agree....I owned a brand new 1980 231/M20K Life got in the way and I sold it. Now I'm much more experienced and ready for another one. There are a LOT of attractive deals out there. Many are right here in Pecan since we have 190+ registered aircraft here. TBoone Quote
carusoam Posted May 13, 2020 Report Posted May 13, 2020 Do you have room for two planes? There are a few MSers with hangar homes... And a few with specific planes for different types of flying... A couple of low and slow planes... gliders... gyro copters... and build your own varieties... For comparison... GMax lists many Mooneys... and not too far from Pecan Plantation.... https://www.controller.com/dealer-directory/gmax-american-aircraft/listings/aircraft/for-sale/list?PCID=17527 It is going to be a challenge to find better deals than the one you have listed... Best regards, -a- Quote
TBoone Posted May 13, 2020 Report Posted May 13, 2020 Actually, I have room for two maybe three with 3500+ sqft and two doors.....40 x 14 and 48 x 14. I'm only interested in travelling, not hole boring. If anyone is flying in this area, stop by for a visit. We have an amazing flying community here in Pecan and Granbury and a bunch of really nice and very experienced pilots. TBoone 1 Quote
Jesse Saint Posted May 13, 2020 Report Posted May 13, 2020 It doesn't have an auto pilot. The panel is cut for the Dynon Auto Pilot Panel, and Dynon is developing the auto pilot for the Mooney right now. Quote
