Here is what I would do.  Get a KT74 to replace your 76.  That is your ADSB out, provided you can get your GPS data from the 480.  I don’t know if you can or not, I don’t know that unit.

You cannot.  The STC for the ADS-B install of the KT-74 requires for the position source the Garmin 430/530 series (not the 480), the GTN 650/750 series, or the BK KSN-7xx series.  Neither the Garmin 480 or the Avidyne's are approved as position sources, although I keep hearing rumors the Avidyne's will be at some point.

22AWG Shielded Trio White Tefzel Wire

S906-3-22 30 $0.80

Thanks Yetti. She has jacks in backseat. I will start another topic on USB charging. My IA will sign off if placed in back cargo area direct battery so he can see  it easily. As I am new, where is click-section to look at Mooney events? I bumped into a bunch Mooney guys at the FBO in Madison last yr just prior to OSH.

You might have jacks in the back, but most of the newer audio panels are stereo, so you may need to rerun the audio jacks.  the mike runs should be fine.   Mooney Caravan and the associated formation training would be a place to look.  Also Mooney Safety Foundation and their clinics.   Luckily I got a "someone must have taught you to land" when landing yesterday from an Mooney Safety Instructor. I will put that in the win column.
