Drumstick Posted March 6, 2018 Report Posted March 6, 2018 Spruce has Superior Ring Sets for just over $60. The Lycoming rings are about $60 for each ring or just under $200 for a set. Is there a world of difference between these products that make the price gap so wide? Quote
KSMooniac Posted March 6, 2018 Report Posted March 6, 2018 No, buy any PMA option and don't support crazy Lycoming prices.Sent from my LG-US996 using Tapatalk Quote
ArtVandelay Posted March 6, 2018 Report Posted March 6, 2018 I thought Lycoming was dropping prices?https://www.avweb.com/avwebflash/news/Lycoming-Rolls-Back-Prices-on-Engine-Parts-228621-1.html Quote

N601RX Posted March 7, 2018 Report Posted March 7, 2018 Check with Aircraft Specialties Service in Tulsa. They sell lycomming, superior and eci parts. They are one of the largest distributors around and have good prices. Quote
jetdriven Posted March 7, 2018 Report Posted March 7, 2018 (edited) I bought all my Bendix (CMI) magneto parts from them too. Just start early, they order those magneto parts from Alabama and they come there first, then to you. Took 2+ weeks. But very competitive pricing and easy to order.
