Quiet Technology Halo Headsets

Been thinking about light space saving headsets.  Has anyone had experience with these headsets?

I'm pondering that issue, too. There was a thread this summer on the AOPA board about this topic, and when I asked about the difference between Clarity Aloft and Quiet Tech the answers for both were overwhelmingly positive. One fellow who had used both said it boils down to user preference between the two, but everyone who had used one preferred it to their David Clamps . . . Really makes me regret missing Sun N Fun, where I could probably have tried both. YMMV, etc., etc.

The QT set is awesome. 

The inserts are standard military grade ear plugs we use at ranges, but with the added piece to allow the sound through.  They are inexpensive to replace if ear wax is a problem...

I have used them for two years and think they are best solution to the headset question

Love my Halos.  Need to buy the wife a pair.

I have the Halo's and a pair of the JH Audio custom in-ears. I prefer the JH Audio for the better mic and sound quality. The Halos were better than most anything else I had tried though, including Bose and Lightspeed Zulus.
