What a darn shame. Yea, unfortunately, many end up in probate and rot while the kids fight. There is a beauty 231 at kdkx that has been sitting outside for a few years untouched. Shame indeed. Quote

The surviving kids would't put a nickel into having it annulled or the prop done. Quote
