I never really appreciated having a wife that loved flying until I started hearing about those who don't. My biggest problem is that she wants to fly more than I do!

My wife is not an avid flyer but she does go flying with me.  Her only complaint is the heat this time of year but once we are altitude it’s no problem.  I even had her in a plane when we were dating over 24 years ago.  I used to use my flying to impress gullible young girls when I was single.    Now my wife sees the plane as a transport to visit our daughter and grandson for a long weekend.  This works for me since I get to do the flying.

I'll make a restaurant suggestion - Hart's Turkey Farm up in Meredith.  It's about 10-15 minutes from Laconia.  It certainly isn't romantic but if you like turkey and value, this is your place.  Be sure to bring home a few frozen turkey pot pies, unbeatable in my opinion.  Each time we visit the Alton Bay ice runway (B18, see my profile pic), we stop at Laconia and borrow the car for a trip to Harts.  Congrats on your milestone!
