  1. That’s looks like mine and I bought a replacement for the right hand one from Laser. It took a while to get it but fits fine. Another option, if you are handy, is to make a new one. Use your cracked on to pull a male mold off of. The lens material is cheap and plan on several attempts to get a good one.
  2. Did your machine shop manager see you hammering on his .028 gage pin?
  3. Sorry, they are all gone, I should have ordered more!
  4. Buy Mike Busch’s book “Engines” and read it. Excellent resource and your engine will love you!
  5. Yes, I just received them yesterday and have five available. Ended up costing $102.44 each. I’ll check the forum.
  6. Oh yeah, The tip is screwed on really tight, careful not to snap off the lever at the base.
  7. That’s it and cheaper than DigiKey or Mouser! The Honeywell PN is 1TL1-3G.
  8. If it is the same as the E it is a milspec switch you can buy from DigiKey for under $70.00. You unscrew the tip and screw on the plastic wheel. If you need the MS part number I can look it for you.
  9. My E has a 201 baggage door and I could only tell because you can faintly see the old 201 stencil on it. I didn’t know the handle was different. I was wondering what in the hell happened to the baggage door that warranted it’s replacement.
  10. There are some good write ups on this topic. Google it and you should find what you need. I had the same problem a few years ago but don’t remember exactly what I did to get it to work but I do remember finding a really good write up here.
  11. I just got an email form them and they think they will have the STC for the short bodies by Oshkosh this year. I hope they do but it’s the FAA…
  12. I used this toggle switch as well. I like it better than the old knob. It’s a switch on the dash and now I have a ppt on the yoke.
  13. Take it to a muffler shop, they will weld it for $20.00.
  14. Yeah, call Kevin, awesome resource for all things Brittain!
  15. I found a 3/8" box end in the bottom of my cowling, I was hoping for a Snap On but it was a cheep crappy made in China wrench.
