Sabremech
Good evening Mooniacs! I’m going to bring my Mooney gear rigging tools back into production. I’ve had a number of requests and I’m looking to expand my business for the future when it becomes my full time job. I’m also going to offer baffling repairs along with replacement of parts beyond repair. I’ll post when the rigging tools are available here along with them back on my website. I will be adding the Mooney products and services to my website. www.gdsaero.com. Thanks, David

carusoam
Gear tools and rigging boards would be cool for every Mooney hangar…. David, You might consider scheduling another run of gear down down lock blocks…. There are still a few Mooniacs that missed the last opportunity… PP observations only… Best regards, -a-

carusoam
Just now, Will.iam said: Is that for manual gear systems? Expect the gear rigging tools are for both systems…. They are near identical, Except the drive mechanism…. (Let’s ask @Sabremech that question) Best regards, -a-
Sabremech
I would do another run of downlock and uplock blocks. Just need someone to run the lead on the order along with collecting the money. The manual gear Mooney’s require both the nose and main gear tools to check the rigging. The electric gear Mooney’s require just the main gear tool as the nose is checked by measuring the spring compression on the gear rods. Thank you, David
