This new compound has very unique properties that might have some benefits as a powerful anti hydrophilic compound that repels water and other solutions. Think about the possibilities of applying this to the leading edge to prevent icing or spraying this into the plane in place of ACF-50 or Corrosion-X to prevent corrosion.

Anybody know about this product?

Besides the benefits of the anticorrosion and icing, The wing would be more slippery reducing induced drag on the wing and maybe increasing airspeed. The company has also stated on their web site that this product lasts for a long time on any surface despite washing and repeated attempts to wash or dissolve it sans scraping it off. What possibilities!

The only product the company has made with this coating is a toilet plunger which I cannot find anywhere.

The possibilities for this product are endless.  The uses for aviation could really be something.  I see only one problem, if this stuff comes in contact with your skin.  I noticed on their videos that the all wore heavy duty rubber gloves.  Therefore, although the applications seem really endless, getting this stuff in contact with your skin could be really problematic.  Time will tell how this product is received in the marketplace.  It does open up exciting possibilities.

I think I want to dip damn near everything I own in this stuff! Can't wait to see it applied to painted and unpainted surfaces and tested by third parties.
