Alexander Posted May 11, 2021 Report Posted May 11, 2021 I was told recently (a couple months back maybe) that my M20C would soon be STC'd for use of the Aerocruz 100 (old Trutrak) auto pilot. Does anyone have anything more specific or up to date than this? My old Century I is pretty much dead and it's time to upgrade everything else anyway. Thanks, Quote
Pasturepilot Posted May 11, 2021 Report Posted May 11, 2021 (edited) Head on over to the avionics/panel discussion section of the forum. Apparently it's right on the cusp of certification and believe that@Baker Avionics is poised to deliver the news as it breaks. Edited May 11, 2021 by Pasturepilot added link 2 Quote
MBDiagMan Posted May 12, 2021 Report Posted May 12, 2021 I was told the same thing by them more than 2 1/2 years ago. Don’t get excited and don’t plan on it happening. Quote
carusoam Posted May 12, 2021 Report Posted May 12, 2021 Welcome aboard Alexander! I sense you may be new to aviation... Or have been flying things that don’t have anything BK in the panel... It is an old BK tradition to start the advertising machinery before starting the product development... The marketing guys would say delivery is expected in the third quarter.... Customers would be asking for it in mid August... when it became obvious that it wasn’t this third quarter... the next third quarter might be too soon too... Follow the thread posted above... The AP is real... it has been installed in other planes... it may get installed in a Mooney soon... Best regards, -a- Quote
