It looks like two Adel clamps (AN742-5, AN742-3) attached to the sump with AN3-12A bolts, plus washers and nuts. Couldn't be easier. Will have it mounted in a few minutes. Yes, that's pretty much it. And a spherical rod end is a much better attachment than the ball-and-socket type in the pic.
