Mooney Door Seal (Brown Aircraft - BA-706-M) FS

I have a Mooney door seal for sale, it is NOS (new-old stock) purchased in 2004 from Mod Works. It is Brown Aircraft Supply part #BA-706-M, manufactured 1Q04, shelf life is 10 years. I have the invoice and the item tag with the manufacturing info and lot # as well for a clean paperwork trail.
