chrixxer Posted April 18, 2019 Report Share Posted April 18, 2019 If you're flying with a FreeFlight 978 ADS-B system (I'm sure there are half-dozens of us; half-dozens!), don't upgrade ForeFlight just yet. 11.2.1 (36515) has an issue where ~99.95% of the time, GPS Altitude is "Unavailable" and ADS-B traffic information isn't properly processed. (An iPhone running 11.1 (34885), connected to the same hardware at the same moment, had no issues.) ForeFlight is looking into it, and confirms at least one other user has reported something similar: Regardless, we have received one other PIREP recently that is similar to yours. Generally speaking, two PIREPs does not imply there is something wrong with the software, however since the FreeFlight 978-XVR is not as common as some of the other products, I may be incorrect. I'd agree from your PIREP that it appears there may be something in ForeFlight version 11.2.1 that is prohibiting it from recognizing your GPS altitude data. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
