Hey guys,

I was tinkering around my garage making a few trays for some fellow mooniacs as a token of appreciation for the help they have given me in the past and present. I'm a bit of a hobbyist so after many hours of tinkering around and looking at different designs out there I came up with the product below. I just listed these on Ebay for 45 bucks a piece due to to the amount of time invested into building each one. I don't know how much interest this would generate but if I can get enough people to sign up I might be able to come up with a good price per tray.

Dimensions are 8" x 3.5" x 3.5" hard wood. The plug holes are 3/4" diameter.

I made rabbit cuts into the panels before gluing them together, rather than gluing the panels into a sandwich. After staining, the custom graphics were airbrushed into the wood by using a few stencil overlays for each color and custom lettering, then final clear coat was applied. I can help anyone with more details should they want to build the trays themselves. I'm just selling some of my time to build these for anyone interested. I was able to ship these for some friends between 8 and 11 dollars; however, I will try to figure out if they can be shipped at a cheaper price.

I was crunching some numbers and I figured that if I made at least 10 trays at a time I could price them around 30 dollars a piece. Not a great profit after materials but then again, I'm not looking to get rich. I just like to tinker around with power tools ;)

I'm glad you liked it Chris. I was very excited to make those for the three of you. It's the least I could do to reciprocate the help you guys have given me. Happy new year ;)
