65 E   TTAF 3982 , TTE 1455 TSMOH 99 , TTP 3982 TSPOH 149 , ECI is due in one hour is currently scheduled ,  Annual is due 12/14 , IFR and Pitot due 9/14 ,   New engine hoses 2012 , skytech 149NL starter 2012 , Has Interav alternator conversion , Gear legs were converted from Goodyear to Lord in 2012 with new shock discs installed at that time....It has the much sought after SWTA cowl mod , paint is a 8 to 9 out of ten , Shot in Imron.....Seats recovered in Vinyl .....Dual Narco Mark 12s both with glideslope , has PS6000MS audio , King KT71 transponder , and M3 GPS ....AK450 ELT .. also has FS450 Fuel flow , and GEM 610 Monitor , This plane sat pickled in a hanger from 2002 until 2011 , I have flown all the time on the engine since overhaul.....It has the 64 gallon O&N bladders........for more info call Alan 856 419 5209.......

I actually upgraded before I bought this Mooney , but it was such a steal I couldn't pass it up.......The novelty of owning two planes has worn off.....

Here's to a quick sale Alan - any more upgrades/touch ups since I saw your E?  Paint looked great then and I liked what you were doing with the interior.

 

Did you do an oil analysis after the oil changes?  I'm sure the levels, if any, have calmed down dramatically 100 hours after the overhaul.  Any warning signs or she's good to go?  She seems to be priced very fairly.  I've suggested two different people (one's an individual and one is a group) contact you.

No Damage History and full logs.  High compressions on the engine.

 

Besides sitting for those 10 years, and now flying 100 hours on the engine that was sitting but seems okay, what other "gotchas" may there be? 

 

You had mentioned something of the interior that needs a little work - is that in the baggage area or did you complete that?

Well TonyK there is a reserve......I think it will do close to what I am asking.... If I was to give it away , you would be my first choice!!!!

Awww thanks!  I'm keeping a close eye on it, but based on our talk at SnF, I'm not in any position to get close; the rush thing didn't work out, but I'm having a ball flying the T-45 again!

 

Also, you did come off the $35k, which you said you'd never do.... so I guess I can hope you will bequeath me the keys in a gesture of peace and good will :D

Good luck with the sale and transfer Alan!  Just curious, what are the fees that eBay charges for a sale of this magnitude?

Seth it was 30K the guy is in Maine , sounds like its a go pending a prepurchase .....  The thing that really sucks is My Beech goes in the paint shop this week , so I will have no Plane for Oshkosh.......Bummer....

Congrats on the sale going smoothly and thanks for letting us know - In retrospect, I should have PMed asking for the sale number.  That's a great E that this guy is getting.

 

New paint scheme on the Bonanza or simply respraying the same paint job?

New scheme, Off white with accents , shadowed n numbers etc....  I think my next project will be another Mooney , I want to do a 6 cyl  long body.....
