  1. Hi @TNIndy, are you looking for the Owner's Manual for the F? RAJAY Turbo Products doesn't own the STC for the Mooney C/E/F however, we do have all the technical data and many parts are common to other PMA'd parts we produce and stock. With that said, I do not have a complete E/F Owner's Manual. I only have the IPC. Feel free to email support@rajay.aero if you would like a copy. Thanks for the heads up @carusoam!
  2. Thank you @carusoam for the page. We specialize in the legacy/vintage airplane RAJAY STCs. Not a lot of experience with the OEM installations. Looks like @Yooper Rocketman knows a thing or two about this particular installation!
  3. If you have the panel mounted pneumatic toggle valve, I would recommend replacement. Alternatively, try pinching off the air pressure down stream of the toggle valve and see if it holds. This will verify if it is the toggle valve.
  4. @rbp, that would be interesting, but they have to be willing to sell it first.
  5. Unfortunately, STC use authorization for your specific aircraft is required. It is more self-policing and between you and your A&P/IA though.
  6. Hi @canamex, the short answer is no. Even if it was possible the cost of a new kit nowadays would be in the $35,000 range plus 80 hours of installation time.
  7. Hi Guys, RAJAY doesn't own the airframe STC for the legacy M20A thru M20G. Only the M20J. The Engine STC that applies to the M20A thru G is only 1/2 of the puzzle. STCs that officially become abandoned end up being locked away forever in the FAA. Technically, the FAA is supposed to be able to release necessary data to maintain an existing modified aircraft for continued airworthiness, but they don't do that without an act if congress...they are afraid of litigation by third parties who may also have proprietary data in that file. For example...RAJAY uses the same exhaust gasket for all their STCs. If the FAA were to release that specific drawing, they would have a lawsuit on their hands. So, the FAA just doesn't do it.
  8. Thank you for your input GeeBee. It is noted.
  9. Sorry, I didn't realize you were referring to an M20R. Guy is correct, the STC does not cover this model. You would need to work with your IA and local FISDO to get a field approval. It is fairly straight forward and shouldn't be too much of an issue. In recent years, the FSDO has become very conservative in approvals, but I think this will be an easy one for them. Many have done this including Mooney Service Centers in the past. Tom
  10. @Mark89114, there is a 20% Off Winter Sales Event going on now at www.aerocessories.aero for inflatable door seals.
  11. RAJAY has check valves if needed. There are two different types in stock; the "flapper door" style and the "spring loaded" type. Neither are PMA'd so we can provide specs of each to make your own determination and application. Search for RJ5315 and/or RJ5316. Tom
  12. ...and then his wife attempted to run it for a while with the help of a mechanic who ended up buying the STC. He then failed to complete the entire purchase and ended up in prison on unrelated but aviation related crimes. This person, from what I understand has been released from prison and still claims ownership somehow. Surviving family of Bill Sandman want nothing to do with it...this is my understanding.
  13. I know exactly where and what. Give me a call if you want to hear the long version!
  14. Hi @DaveM, give us a call @ www.rajay.aero so I can fully understand the situation. Not sure if we can help since it is not our STC, but willing to give it a shot.
