Do you have more interior photos?

Sorry it took so long, but I've now added some more interior shots.

I'm surprised this airplane has not sold. When I looked at a C- registered airplane earlier this year, the total cost involved to get a N number was $7-10k (not including paint).

My registration is decals, not paint, so that should make it less expensive to convert.

Price reduced to $129,000 OBO.

This has not sold?

I am in the wee early stages of looking.

Have mostly flown Barons/310s/340s and am in the mood for reasonable speed on less gas and less maintenance--so Mooneys appear to perhaps be a viable option.  I have only ever been in a Rocket Mooney--ages ago---quick but it was my impression that it was surprisingly heavy on the controls---much like 310/340--and absolutely nothing like a Baron or V-tail

Hi,

The airplane has not sold yet.

A friend of mine has a Baron, it's a lovely airplane, but at 6'4", I have to slouch a bit in the seat as my head is against the ceiling. I don't have that problem in the Mooney. I've never flown a 310 or 340 so I can't say how the controls feel compared to those, but yes, the Mooney controls do feel a bit on the heavy side. I like that, they feel firm and stable.

Feel free to ask any questions and I have all the logs scanned if you would like to see them - I scanned them back in July and I'm still flying the airplane regularly so there is a bit missing...

One such as the topic of this thread appear to be basically what we are looking for, though having been nailed twice on overhauls--ideally lower time and age--well, I tend to put a big value on those.  The avionics are acceptable.  I did not realize the N registration was so pricey.   This plane shows very nice in the photos.

Undoubtedly a Baron is a bit tight if you have 2 big dudes upfront---the 310/340--that is not really an issue.  I have a friend who brokers aircraft and I was going to ask him about the red tape and cost involved.  Yours appears quite nice and well equipped.

Thanks, and my price is negotiable so any importation costs could be shared somewhat.
