Browncbr1 Posted July 2, 2022 Report Posted July 2, 2022 Will a regular stubby 7/8” wrench do it, or should I expect to need to cut one down shorter? 67F model. Thanks!
RobertGary1 Posted July 2, 2022 Report Posted July 2, 2022 I just used a regular box wrench. Didn’t need a stubby. Got to be comfortable working by feel as you won’t see anything.
N201MKTurbo Posted July 2, 2022 Report Posted July 2, 2022 You all should feel lucky. With my turbo setup, I have to remove part of the turbo mount to get the screen out. It is a double PITA. 1

Don't waste your time cutting down a 7/8" wrench. The standard Lycoming nut is 5/8". A Snap On short series works just fine. Clarence
