Not looking for anything fancy, just a reliable airframe and engine that will get in the air and stay there. I'm based in SLC, but always happy to travel to see a plane. It's a great plane, meets your description of not fancy but a solid platform. I've had it for a year, haven't flown it as much as I planned and work is busy enough that I don't think that will change soon. It is currently waiting for an annual (I didn't schedule far enough in advance). It's currently located at S50, South end of Seattle metro area, once the annual is complete I'll probably move it to KRLD.
