Help me find a Mooney, Please...

I am looking to add a Mooney (1960-170) to my garage. Looking to spend under $50k. I currently have a Cessna 182P with a Garmin 430 WAAS that is completely IFR. It is my heavy hauler and IFR flyer. 

This mooney doesn't have to be perfect but I do prefer NDH and a motor NOT close to TBO. We just overhauled the Cessna and spent close to $30k getting the "Super Eagle" conversion.

Price is low b/c it has been for sale for quite a while... the panel is really hurting it, IMO.  It has not been kept up to date, and thus it has languished on the market.  The hours are good, and cosmetics aren't horrible...it just needs some help on the panel.
