NicoN Posted December 31, 2019 Report Posted December 31, 2019 (edited) We encountered a fuel leak as the reason for fuel smell in the cabin. After tightening the screws it seems to have stopped leaking (hope, it really stopped). Between the cabin panels and the fuselage wall there is an about 10mm thick foam sheet which is covered from one side with a transparent foil and with aluminium foil from the other side. Parts of this material are soaked with fuel and/or turned into dust. How is this material called and where can I get this? I found tons of similar looking material, but it seems to be a isolating mat for outdoor puporses. Best wishes for 2020 Nico Edited December 31, 2019 by NicoN added informmation Quote
RLCarter Posted December 31, 2019 Report Posted December 31, 2019 Aircraft Spruce has insulation HERE, not sure which one you need but you can search their site Quote

RLCarter I think is correct that Aircraft Spruce sells it.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro Quote
