Hi, I flew from Paine field (WA) to Tracy CA for the long weekend and used the XM weather quite a bit to avoid large buildups on the way there. However, on my trip back earlier today it did not work. When I went to the weather page there was a message displayed on the MFD - “Detecting Activation”. XM music was playing OK though. When I checked the settings in the Aux group I noticed the audio radio ID was there but the Data radio ID was now blank. I had to use FIS-B for weather on this return trip. Is this an indication that the Garmin GDL-69a has malfunctioned? Thank you, Yariv

I've some oldies but goodies that I'm needing out of my closet, so I'm listing them here as well as on Ebay. I know almost everyone uses iPads now, but I'm sure there is still a AnyWhere Map Fan or two lurking around. I'll end the bids on EBay there if someone here makes me a reasonable offer. The Baron Mobile and XM will work with ForeFlight from what I've read as well. Message me directly if you're interested. Will break up, but would prefer to sell as a package.

Apologies in advance, but I searched and can't find the answer. I just installed the 210, along with the Garmin 345 in order to have ADS B (TCAS, weather, etc). The included Flightstream info is REALLY light (read nothing there, really). I have my iPad paired up, but haven't had a chance to see what it and I can do. I have a pair of 340s installed, one WAAS, and understand I can upload the flightplan. I also seem to recall I can DOWNLOAD wx and traffic to the iPad. I also have a previously installed XM receiver, and a third party tablet installed, but the old tablet is VERY touchy. I'd rather upload the XM stuff to the iPAD, which is new and shiny. Lots of questions, I'm sorry again. Any answers or advice? Thanks, Dave
