I've been tracking up with Foreflight in my lap. I just lock the screen rotation and rotate the ipad as needed.

BTT for another look. The most recent clarification on sharing seatbelts states that it must still not exceed what's in the POH for allowable seating.

My kids are 20, 40, and 60 lbs. mom is only about 100lb. We don't take up much space;). They all 3 fit in the back seat of a jeep wrangler.

I know some of the ovations shipped from the factory with 3 seatbelts in the rear bench. Are there any STC's for adding a seatbelt to the rear bench in other models?

1961 m20b. 4500tt, 1000smoh. P&I good 8/10. Current annual. Sat for a few months prior to sale this summer, but flown regular since then lots of Xc trips. Avionics are all old. $24k obo (I think you could get close to $20k). Could you drop a 430w and some Aspen glass and still a good deal? I'm not up for the challenge, but curious.

Is it not pretty standard to have an airplane flown to your home facility (200nm away) to do a pre-buy inspection once a bonafide offer has been accepted? I just want to make sure I'm not being unreasonable.

M20c TT:~3000h Manual Gear. M20e TT:~5000h Electric Gear. Both planes are similarly equiped with avionics except the m20e has an Stec 30 with Alt. hold. It's also priced about $10k more. The m20c has about 600more hours since smoh, but both are less than 1000h smoh. Would you rather have less TT no autopilot, and $10k less price?
