Both fuel tanks appear to be fine, I did not notice any major leaks over the years. The plane is priced considerably under vRef, with most of the major maintenance items done in last 4 years (engine, avionics, etc) so even if a fuel tanks needed reseal that's something that could be agreed on upon purchase agreement...

I am going to go to the airport in the next few days and take a bunch of high resolution photos of the wheel wells and the area under the wings, I'll let you know when they are on the website...
