  1. It's definitely a big difference. All three cylinders on the right side (1,3,5 are 30-40° hotter) cylinder number 1 being my hottest
  2. I closed up all the gaps that I thought were causing the air to leak. But I'm still seeing +30 degree different on the entire right side of the engine, compared to the left. I've logged maybe 60 hours at most on this airplane. I am so done. I can't lean this airplane without my CHT exceeding 420. I purchased this plane from a VERY well know mooney shop. Even though I got the paper work saying an annual was done. There was no chance that a mechanic even looked at it. Between 2 faulty batteries, both fuel tanks leaking gallons of fuel, prop leaking oil, both push rod tubes on cylinder number 5 were cracked and leaking tons of oil leading to having to replace cylinder #5, and the entire pitot static line was leaking. I'm just ranting, but after this experience, compared to the M20C this is making me regret everything.
  3. Shout out to John for comming through and getting me these gauges. I just got them today!! Out with the temporary gauges!
  4. Just sent you a message
  5. I tried, but I wasn't successful
  6. I just installed two pseudo replacements. One for each wing. I used a same sized rochester dial fuel guage and marked the same spot with a sharpie. But i would love to get 2 official replacements
  7. Thanks!! Yea I have a GAD43, so I would need a 43E to delete the preselector! Thanks. I'm planning on upgrading the g500 to the txi and installing a gi275. And also installing a surefly! First though, I still have to fix the dang over heating issue on the right side of my Bravo. It is starting to get discouraging.
  8. If I have a legacy g500 and the KDC150 auto-pilot. If I install a gi275, I can get rid of the vacuum. But can I have the g500 or gi275 power my altitude preselector?
  9. Well this was an interesting way for my Rochester wing gauge to break. I just wished we can get new ones. I purchased general Rochester gauges and it works..sorta, but it's not like the real thing. Is it possible to go directly to Rochester and have some custom made? Since Mooney doesn't want to help us out. Or have more important things to do.
  10. Probably means we'll get something announced soon
  11. Well, that is something that ill keep track of. I didn't realize there was a replaceable filter!! looking at my logs, I don't see a recent history of mine being replaced/
  12. That was actually my handle for my M20C. One of my handles broke. Someone reached out and offered to recreate it and 3d print it. So I sent him my good handle and he uploaded the 3d file to thingverse
  13. Thank you!!
  14. I think i found some baffling issues, starting with cylinder #1's metal baffle that starts towards the front. That front baffle and the spring that connects to the back baffle is loose. There are a lot of holes towards the front That seems to be leaking out to the bottom of the engine
  15. I just changed the upper deck hoses. I'm still have issues. Looks like I'm back to square 1.
  16. I'm flying home from Utah, back to AZ. When I land I'll do that!
  17. Looks like this baffle is mounted a little bit incorrectly
  18. I'm going to the plane today. I'm still kinda confused on how the baffles should be. I see that ones wrapped around/touching the alternator. Anyone have a picture?
  19. Thank you, my annual is coming up and I might use him (if he has time). I'll definitely fly my plane to him
  20. Which one? The blue baffles on the bottom?
  21. To me, baffles seem fine. Mags were timed great aswell
  22. This is what the plane was like immediately when I purchased the aiplane
  23. That is what I'm saying. It's really weird
  24. I found this picture online of a bravo engine and it shows that this pipe is straight. While mine is bent First picture is the one I found online, Second picture is what's on my bravo
